Save
As defined by Merriam-Webster, “save” has multiple meanings; a few of them as follows:
- To deliver from sin
- To rescue or deliver from danger or harm
- To preserve or guard from injury, destruction, or loss
- To put aside as a store or reserve
- To spend less by <save 25 percent>
- To rescue or deliver someone
- To put aside money
- To avoid unnecessary waste or expense
- To spend less money
All of these definitions blended together explain why “save” is one of the three words included in Save Pray Smile. Our goal is simple, but heartfelt.
What a beautiful feeling it would be if we could deliver just one person from sin via Bible studies, devotionals and up-to-date interpretations of God’s word (see the Pray section). To share parenting tips; therefore preserving/guarding fellow moms’ and dads’ children and home life from injury, destruction or loss (see the Moms section). To put meals on a family’s table that taste wonderful, but don’t cost the same as fine dining (see the In the Kitchen section).
And the main focus of content for the Save section—to teach friends to be money-smart. To educate on how to spend less—offering tips on how to nurture a savings account, how to avoid unnecessary expense such as shipping charges on online purchases and showcasing deals as we find them.
Save. It’s a powerful word. Welcome to our page devoted to it.
